Compensation: $110000.00 to $130000.00 yearly
• Plan, manage and implement all digital marketing initiatives, including website enhancements, SEO/SEM strategies and tactics, and all social media programs
• Responsible for managing, guiding, training digital marketing team members
• Manage the global corporate website and microsites via the CMS, including making proactive recommendations to continuously optimize the user experience and online marketing performance
• Collaborate with senior leadership of the marketing team and the firm to communicate and advocate for best practices and strategies that align with marketing goals
• Partner with regional and sector marketers to develop and execute campaigns across digital marketing channels, performing in accordance with industry best practices
• Maintain a website road map as a framework to field and prioritize global website change requests
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to enhance digital offerings
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Lead internal team to plan social media strategy and social media advertising campaigns
• Identify trends and insights to inform new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests on digital properties
• Lead internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and client touch points
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including marketing automation, social media, sales enablement, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Collaborate with marketing managers on optimizing digital marketing campaign rollouts following best practices within the industry
