Description
Our client is in the medical device industry and looking to add a head of digital marketing to their dynamic, rapidly expanding business in both the professional and consumer markets.
Responsibilities:
You will develop and oversee the entire digital strategy and execution
- Manage end-to-end digital campaigns and demand generation activities, including:
- Search engine optimization
- Paid search
- Display advertising
- Retargeting
- Social media marketing, including overseeing social media accounts
- Content marketing
- Online public relations (media, influencers, blogger relations, etc.)
- Implement Marketing Automation system, strategy and best practices
- Guide the web design team to build and optimize website
- Measure KPIs and foster a culture of testing to continually optimize ROI
- Manage a team of direct reports to ensure timely project execution and growth of team members
- Develop and manage relationships with external vendors to augment internal capabilities
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing best practices
- Be a disciple to help instill digital best practices to the marketing team
- Partner with traditional advertising and media specialists to optimize overall campaigns
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of direct experience in digital marketing in a business environment
- At least 3 years of experience leading a digital marketing team
- Proven track record leveraging digital best practices to deliver exceptional business results
- Experience with wide range of digital channels in B2B, B2B2C and B2C marketing
- Highly skilled in digital advertising platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google) and SEM/SEO
- Digitally savvy on social media best practices
- Hands on experience with marketing automation and e-mail marketing
- Creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a progressive work history with increasing responsibilities and experience.
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience in regulated environments as well as knowledge of the consumer industry.
