Our client, a Phenomenal Private Equity Firm, focused on buying and managing a wide variety of fashion and top-tier retail brands, acquires global consumer brands to develop them by investing in high-growth distribution channels, new categories, and digital commerce platforms. This role will be key in driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth through innovative digital marketing initiatives. This is a key leadership role in a rapidly growing organization, looking to set the standard for innovative, effective, and creative digital marketing. The ideal candidate will adeptly adapt to changes in consumer behaviors and technologies and bring brands to life.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each brand's unique positioning and audience demographics.
  • Drive multi-channel digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid social media, digital display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand Management team to align digital strategies with overall brand objectives and product launches.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine strategies based on market trends, consumer behavior, and performance metrics.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Set clear goals and provide strategic direction to team members.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Work closely with Creative and agency teams for cohesive brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with E-commerce and agency teams to optimize online experiences.
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors.
  • Utilize analytics tools for performance measurement and synthesize reports and analysis for strategy optimization.


  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and team management experience with a focus on making strategic decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics software.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in developing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • Experience in startup and / or high growth environments is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work flexibly across various responsibilities.
