As Digital Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how to use digital marketing - across multiple media platforms - to connect with the target consumer. You will be responsible for planning and working with internal teams to implement and manage online marketing campaigns to sell subscriptions and promote our brand. Your goal will be to maximize our online customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Consumer Marketing, you'll work closely with the wider global team to deliver your campaigns. You will champion customer experience in everything you do, proactively identifying ways to improve customer journeys and response rates across various online channels. Along the way, you'll work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders as you help us achieve our goals

What you'll be doing...

    • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Use data to refine strategies, track key performance indicators, and report on campaign success.
    • Work closely with the marketing team and design professionals to ensure marketing efforts align with the company's vision and objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal digital teams to plan and execute all digital marketing; email, social media, paid search, website display campaigns.
    • Plan and create offers across all digital channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube.
    • Develop seasonal marketing plans for assigned campaigns in coordination with marketing program managers and key stakeholders.
    • Measure and report performance to the Senior Director of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
    • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests and create landing pages to optimize user experience.
    • Monitor and report KPIs and success metrics (such as engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI) to measure the effectiveness of campaign activities/tactics and demonstrate the impact Marketing Campaigns have on business goals
    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
    • Designing, building, and maintaining analytic spreadsheets/reporting
    • Assign and manage budgets and ensure budgets are properly pacing and managed throughout the campaign
    • Tracking cost, measuring performance of campaigns, monitoring budget distribution
    • Leverage strong experience in optimizing digital marketing campaigns, websites, email marketing, social media marketing

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...

    • 5+ years experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
    • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
    • Solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking and use of excel.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
    • Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally to execute on a wide variety of initiatives.
    • Experience managing performance marketing budgets, assessing cost/benefit of all activity.
    • Project management acumen and communication skills, capable of collaborating with people across teams and at different levels.
    • Ability to manage priorities, juggle competing deadlines and work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
    • Experience managing internal partners and external agencies, as well as creative and design teams.

Please note, the salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000

This is a Hybrid role from our New York office, working three days from the office, two from home.
