Position Summary: In support of the health system's strategic initiatives and at the direction of the vice president of marketing and communications, the digital marketing director builds a digital marketing roadmap for the organization, leading and implementing digital marketing strategy to achieve business objectives. He/she works to build brand awareness and drive engagement and conversions, managing a complex ecosystem of channels that includes corporate websites, organic and paid search, CRM, paid display and more. The digital director works with the director of marketing and communications to develop effective digital campaigns to advance the organization. The digital director must stay up-to-date with the latest technology and best practices, continually enhancing and refining Tidelands Health digital channels to improve engagement. Must measure KPIs and report ROI on digital marketing efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
-Minimum seven years' experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
-Experience in a health care setting strongly preferred.
-In-depth knowledge of a broad array of digital marketing channels required.
-Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM required.
-Experience managing online listings and reviews required.
-Proven experience in developing and managing websites and varied content management systems required.
Education:
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital technologies or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
Skills/Knowledge:
-Exemplary leadership and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and implement multiple projects simultaneously.
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and to respond to unexpected opportunities and challenges.
-Must have a strong track record of critical thinking, problem solving and complex analysis.
-Demonstrated strong written and verbal skills. Knowledge of AP Style preferred.
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and clients, working within budgeting and scheduling requirement.
