Maintain digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintain digital marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Develop digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
5+ years of proven digital marketing success and team lead experience
High level knowledge in the following: Google Ads/Microsoft Ads/SA 360/Campaign Manager/Google Analytics 360/Data Studio/Facebook Ads/Email Marketing
Must be self-motivated team player, professional, detail orientated, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
