Alleva is the premier behavioral health EMR solution on the market. We provide the most advanced technology to treatment centers in need of better solutions to treat patients and get reimbursed for work. Our company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Digital Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all marketing lead generation activities, and ensuring the successful generation of high-quality leads that result in increased revenue and market share.


-SEO/SEM (managing & executing directly day to day)

-Email Marketing (crafting messaging and executing for both Nurture & Prospecting)

-Social (LinkedIn)

-Website Optimization & Lead Conversions

-Creating Content, Copy, Collateral

-Assisting with company & value prop messaging

-Marketing Ops

-Close Partnership with Sales on lead gen, messaging, competitive, etc.

-Assist with Events & Partner Marketing & Product Marketing


-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Digital Marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing lead generation strategies that drive revenue growth.

-Multi-channel digital marketing lead strategy experience

-Well versed in outbound marketing strategies including market segmentation, database marketing, list management and email marketing

-A love of analytics and a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance and ROI; data-driven decision making

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

-Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (Hubspot a plus).

-Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and other lead generation channels.

-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

-Goal-oriented towards key metrics including pipeline impact (creation and acceleration)

-Proactive, problem-solving skills

-Effective time management skills and comfort juggling multiple projects
