We are looking for a Digital Marketing Designer to join Smart Nora full-time. This is a leadership role in which we will look to you to communicate with a compelling and clear design in order to instil confidence and convert visitors of smartnora.com into customers.

At Smart Nora, we are fortunate to have a treasure trove of studies, press mentions, reviews, product announcements, blog content, and more. You will lead the effort to communicate this information with more clarity, less friction, and in new compelling ways through social media advertising.

The following skills are essential for the role:

- Designing impactful e-commerce experiences.

- Understand and have properly implemented direct response marketing.

- Bring to life impactful video and digital pieces.

- Provide the marketing team with creatives (video/image/copy) creating compelling campaigns grounded in customer behavior and psychology.

- Understand customer behaviour and learn from campaign insight to create, adapt and overcome.

- Envision, lead, and implement new initiatives to grow customer loyalty and brand affinity (this is a wide-open brainstorm space!)

- Experience in ad psychology, consumer behaviour, human-centered design, and related fields.

- Analytically minded and happiest when showing off performance reports and optimizations

- Demonstrated ability to provide timely and effective content to run campaigns and use metrics to make informed decisions for future content (preferably using Facebook advertising, Google Analytics and Google Adwords)

- Are confident managing projects independently, working across teams in a design sprint format, and are comfortable pivoting

- Skills required: adobe photoshop, illustrator, video editing
