Position: Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for helping to lead DecoArt's digital communication efforts. In this position, you will strategically develop and expand the team's external audience engagement as well as use digital channels to develop and expand the company's digital influence to build brand awareness and increase engagement. You will generate digital activity that supports business development and expands artist relationships. You will also partner with internal departments to develop and execute overarching digital plans.

What you will be doing:

  • Assess use of social media and other communication channels to develop new concepts to expand, improve and enhance social media and digital marketing strategies.
  • Utilize email marketing tools & analytic skills to develop cross-selling strategies; guide company on best practices for optimizing web & social media campaigns to meet marketing goals.
  • Plan & execute communication programs.
  • Analyze web data for trends and convert them into marketing strategies utilizing metrics, patterns and audience targeting.
  • Generate digital analytics reports of all digital initiatives.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day community management across all DecoArt social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others as appropriate.
  • Develop social media plans including content for the company; develop and test new social media strategies and programs.
  • Use social media analytics and digital marketing key performance indicators to tailor and improve tactics for greater impact.
  • Manage external influencer partnerships.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 of years of professional experience in social media planning, strategy and digital analytics for marketing division or agency required
  • Experience in marketing concepts, social media engagement and development of digital marketing plans required
  • Strong working knowledge of content management systems, processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be highly analytical and have strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience in data analytics and social media expertise (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
  • Proven track record of having a successful online presence in social media for business purposes
