What We're Looking For:

A team player who will be responsible for supporting the execution and evaluation of Loews Hotels & Co digital advertising strategies across the brand and hotel portfolio. This includes supporting the management of all Digital and CRM tactics, coordinating assets and data analysis, and collaborating with teams across the organization and agency partners to enhance and support the online presence and performance for Loews Hotels & Co. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical acumen and a focus on fostering positive ways of working with internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Support the execution of Digital and CRM marketing initiatives as outlined in the annual corporate and property multi-channel plans including paid media, SEM, meta search, display advertising, connected TV, podcast, and third-party listings
  • Supports coordination of reporting formats, data sources and performance results analysis to guide strategies
  • Coordinates content requirements for Digital and CRM programs with partnering Commercial teams including copy and imagery
  • Conducts research on potential Digital and CRM partners that align with Loews Hotels & Co brand values
  • Evaluates advertising technology to support optimization of current platforms and potential new platforms to support strategic business objectives
  • Monitors trends; staying updated on industry trends and emerging Digital and CRM marketing strategies
  • Supports Digital and CRM deliverables including but not limited to, data reporting requirements, internal and external presentations, results and research documentation, scheduling/calendaring activities
  • Partners across all Loews Hotels & Co teams and external agencies/business partners to support achieving business objectives
  • Coordinates and maintains the tracking of Digital and CRM marketing timeline requirements related to day-to-day tactic execution, required deliverables, project plans
  • Coordinate and monitor monthly billing processes including tracking invoices to budget and working with internal and external agency partners as needed to facilitate accounting requests
  • Organizes and generates reporting and visuals to on key metrics to support insights on campaign effectiveness and data-driven decisions
  • Assists in managing OTA marketing tactics in alignment with established property budgets and strategies
  • Documents workflow processes and technology functionality to support necessary evaluation and overall success of team objectives
  • Attend all required meetings and/or training sessions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Your Experience Includes:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of Digital Marketing experience, preferably with a hospitality background
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred in Digital Marketing and/or Marketing, eCommerce
  • Experience with advertising technology platforms and data analysis, particularly web and paid media analytics. For example: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and task management software
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all work
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a strong sense of ethics
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse individuals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to compose professional correspondence
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
  • The successful candidate must be proactive and engaging, flexible in nature, possess sound judgment with a collaborative style that fosters teamwork and cooperation beyond the immediate team to the broader organization
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Loews Hotels & Co standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
  • Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
  • Must be capable of working independently, with strong organizational skills, as well as collaboratively, and take a proactive approach and anticipate needs
  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs of the operation

Wage range for this position, based on experience, is $26.92 to $33.65.
