Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing trends, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. This role will collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, manage online platforms, and analyze performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, display advertising, and PPC.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for digital platforms including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website updates.
  • Social Media Management: Manage company's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and community management.
  • SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research, monitor website traffic, and implement strategies to improve search engine ranking and visibility.
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and product development to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
