We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our marketing team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator specializing in paid media, Google advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM). In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions. Hours:Full time position Location:Behavior Frontiers Headquarters in El Segundo, CA (within city of Los Angeles) Rate:$24-26/hour Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Management:
    • Plan, implement, and monitor paid media campaigns across various platforms.
    • Manage budget allocations and bidding strategies to maximize ROI. Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Google Advertising:
    • Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns to enhance online visibility. Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy for maximum relevance and performance.
    • Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign metrics.
  • Search Engine Marking (SEM):
    • Implement and manage SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings. Optimize website content and structure for search engine visibility.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure effective SEM practices.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad creatives align with brand messaging.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate regular reports on key performance indictors (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and enhance overall digital marketing strategies.
  • Stay Updated:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
    • Attend relevant workshops, webinars, and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, paid media, Google Ads, and SEM.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with Squarespace, SEMrush, Canva and Sprout Social a plus!
