We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help us support digital marketing strategies and tactics for future growth initiatives. As a Trex Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be expected to partner with internal and external groups to execute digital marketing projects and manage new content and user experience across the marketing technology stack. This role is a key member of our Marketing team.
As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Digital Marketing Team on a day-to-day basis with projects driven by technology and data, so a strong technical foundation and excellent attention to detail are ideal. You are able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of skillsets and personalities. You are comfortable supporting marketing objectives, identifying new projects, prioritization, identifying issues and tracking them to resolution, and implementing new campaigns across search, web, email, video and retargeting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the Trex websites, including updating and editing website content and implementing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to help grow company revenue and promote the Trex brand.
- Monitor website performance and recommend ideas to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
- Assist with coordination and planning of digital marketing initiatives to ensure web goals are met and projects are completed on time.
- Support email initiatives, including email production, system testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of marketing emails.
- Work with external agencies to attract more website visitors, increase engagement, web conversions, and organic awareness.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to execute digital deliverables, including updates to multiple online websites, landing pages, videos, emails, and mobile layouts while ensuring brand consistency in the online space.
- Work with internal IT teams as needed to improve website performance, troubleshoot issues and execute web testing requirements for all digital campaigns and applications.
- Work hand-in-hand with digital SEO agency on maintaining site analytics, metrics, campaign and testing reporting.
- Stay up to date with digital technologies and marketing innovation developments.
EXPERIENCE
We are looking for individuals with 2+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media or related field. If you have previous experience with website CMS, Adobe Photoshop, HTML, CSS, SEO and webpage optimization tools (Google Analytics, Google Trends, SimilarWeb, SEMrush) we want to hear from you.
