JOB PURPOSE OR MISSION: Plans and implements overall marketing plans, promotions and advertising, public relations, and communication tactics for the system for the age population served, as defined in the department's scope of service.

Job Description & Duties

  • Digital Marketing:

oCollaborate with the digital marketing manager to execute digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and strategy.

oUse CRM tools to create digital campaigns, track performance of efforts and provide insights for optimization.

oStay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices to suggest improvements and innovations.

  • Website Management:

oRegularly update and maintain websites to ensure all sites and webpages contain accurate information and align with brand standards.

oCollaborate with hospital departments and programs to maintain webpages for all medical service lines, departments and programs.

oDesign and build new webpages while working with web vendors to ensure functionality.

oMaintain website modules including events, locations, physician profiles and directories, photo galleries and news and blog center.

oExperience in HTML code

  • Content Management:

oMaintain and update website content, ensuring that web content is relevant, SEO-optimized, and aligns with the overall digital strategy.

oCollaborate with communications team and designers to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of content and digital assets.

  • Form Development and Maintenance:

oDesign and build various forms to cater to multiple user needs, ensuring functionality and seamless integration into webpages.

oMonitor and troubleshoot form-related issues to provide a smooth user experience.

oCreate lead generating forms to drive patient growth using CRM tools.

  • Business Listings Maintenance:

oManage and update our online hospital, clinic, physician and programs business listings across relevant platforms to maintain information is accurate and consistent.

oImplement strategies to enhance online visibility and ensure the health of business listings.

oMaintain and respond to online listing reviews and ensure patient satisfaction.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

oRegularly analyze digital marketing efforts and campaign performance metrics, providing detailed reports to inform decision-making

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Previous public relations, communications, community relations, marketing or media experience, with two years work experience in a health care marketing setting preferred.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred

SPECIAL SKILL, LICENSE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of appropriate computer programs and applications required.

HIPAA REQUIREMENTS:

Maintains knowledge of and adherence to all applicable HIPAA regulations appropriate to Job Position including but not limited to: electronic medical records with limitation to job functions, patients demographics and information related to patient location as it is related to information given/excluded from the media.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

Maintains knowledge of and adherence to all applicable safety practices appropriate to Job Position including but not limited to: incident reporting, exposure control plans, hand washing, environmental rounds to ensure safety.
