Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will assist the Digital Marketing Manager in driving our digital marketing efforts to new heights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Analytics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing analytics. Creating reports to assess the effectiveness of different marketing initiatives.
  • SEO and SEM: Assisting Digital Marketing Manager with search engine optimization (SEO) efforts by optimizing website content and conducting keyword research; Managing and monitoring pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns through platforms like Google Ads.
  • UX/UI Design: Collaborate with the Digital UX Specialist and IT Development team to create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Digital Marketing Research and Accessibility Compliance: Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices as well as ensuring Armstrong’s web and mobile properties are in compliance with data privacy and accessibility laws and regulations.
  • Multi-Media Content Management and Creation: Collaborate with Digital Content Specialist and other members of Integrated Creative Marketing to assist in the management and development of visually compelling multimedia content that aligns with our digital marketing strategies for various online platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with other Marketing and Product team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging across digital channels.
  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant experience
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing software, social media management tools)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Creativity and the ability to assist in developing engaging multi-media content
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  • Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Adaptability and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and technology changes

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
  • HTML, CSS, and jQuery skills a plus
