Description
The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette (ADG Marketing and Advertising) is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the Retail Advertising Department. This is a full-time position. You will be a resource for the multi-media sales team and will work closely with and report to our Lead Digital Strategist. You will be responsible for pulling monthly client campaign reports, monitoring monthly pacing and performance for our client’s digital campaigns. In addition, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will help with routine maintenance of existing client products, such as website edits, search engine optimization, social media marketing, ad creation, and will work closely with our digital operations team. Occasionally, you will be asked to go on client report meetings with reps. An essential part of this job is effective time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience with social media platforms, online marketing, and advertising.
- Preferred experience with website development platforms.
- Some understanding of how search engine marketing functions and performs.
- A basic knowledge of what KPIs, analytics, and metrics mean per campaign.
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new digital marketing solutions.
- Positive and professional attitude with the ability to collaborate and strategize well with other team members and clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills are required for this position. Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva, and proficiency with the Internet is mandatory.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with digital advertising and website development platforms.
