Digital Marketing Coordinator

Are you a creative sales-minded, strategy-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing and a genuine interest in communicating with clients daily? We are seeking a strong Digital Marketing Coordinator whose job is to grow a sales pipeline by creating a comprehensive marketing strategy and setting appointments for a top national financial firm, SWAN Capital, in Pensacola, FL.

This person will manage all paid search campaigns on social media and Google, as well as other search and display marketing engines. You will also manage the paid search budget and work with the Search Engine Optimization and marketing team to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and enhance the customer experience.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Arts, or a related field required
  • 3+ years’ experience in a paid Digital Marketing role, required
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other reporting platforms
  • Expertise in Google ads, Google Local ads, and Facebook ads
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to write content, copy, and message in a variety of styles, voices, and tones
  • Adaptable to different target audiences, product categories, and branding initiatives
  • Extensive knowledge of all current social media platforms and their effectiveness to drive results

Essential Duties:

  • Marketing automation – strong understanding of SEO and SEM
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics, initiatives, and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies
  • Familiarity with the most current social media platforms and their effectiveness to drive results
  • Deliver relevant and actionable analytic data to understand opportunities for increasing search relevancy, keyword research, optimization, tagging, and performance effectiveness
  • Oversee lead generation and report data
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads
  • Utilizing company content to create posts on all channels
  • Develop content plans for digital channels that integrate with the overall marketing plan, engaging consumers with valuable resources and helpful content
  • Manage audience development, messaging, calendar, and programs
  • Monitor and manage the company’s online reputation and address customer feedback effectively
  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing
  • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve strategies
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative ideas to stay ahead of the competition
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts to stakeholders and senior management
  • Develop monthly reports to share with the team as well as the leadership team in a streamlined, concise manner
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
