POSITION SUMMARY
A digital-focused coordinator responsible for supporting lead generation and customer decision journey touchpoints to help Everence audiences integrate their faith and values with their financial decisions, reinforce the Everence brand, and advance the company’s corporate objectives. This position will also help improve the performance of the Everence website and email marketing strategy by using analyses to guide digital content enhancements and optimization tactics.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  1. Assist with the writing, editing, and proofreading of effective content for use in digital communication channels that reflect Everence's identity and goals. Ensure the Everence websites adhere to the organization's brand style guidelines.
  2. Collaborate with Marketing staff on web content updates and other forward-facing digital collateral subject to frequent changes.
  3. Conduct content audits to identify gaps and redundancies in website content.
  4. Assist the Digital Experience Designer with user testing, user accessibility, and A/B testing to ensure web content is suitable and accessible for our target audiences.
  5. Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with SEM and marketing automation implementation and enhancements and, depending on capacity and need, digital analytics assistance.
  6. Be familiar with and uphold the Everence writing and graphic design standards.
  7. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Associate degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Experience:

  1. One or more years of related digital content marketing experience preferred
  2. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong editorial and proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail required
  3. Solid knowledge and proven experience in digital marketing opportunities and techniques
  4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google business applications
  5. Knowledge of and ability to use CMS required (Sitecore preferred)
  6. Knowledge of Google Analytics required
  7. CRM and marketing automation experience preferred
  8. Knowledge of programming (including HTML, HTML5, and general CSS) for coding work across digital platforms a plus
  9. Fluency in Spanish a plus

  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to make compelling and clear presentations for various audiences
  3. Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail

  5. Willing risk taker, with a desire to try new digital strategies to meet corporate objectives with demonstrated skill to adapt in response to analytics and feedback
  6. Ability to define measurement plan requirements (key performance indicators, campaign tagging, analytics, etc.) that align with business goals
  7. Familiarity with content marketing best practices and how content strategy and personalization can drive measurable returns
  8. Creative problem solving, analytic skills and flexibility
  9. Knowledge of Mennonite and related Anabaptist church values extremely helpful
  10. More or less 10% of overnight travel away from home
