General Position Description

Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator is someone who will be the biggest supporter to our existing contacts list. We are looking for someone who loves all things digital - especially email, websites, social media, and landing pages. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once. This position needs someone who is very passionate about digital marketing, and understanding what motivates people to make a purchase and what makes a company stand out from the rest. Someone who is quick to learn, master new task efficiently, has a creative eye for core brand building, and stays highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities and Duties


  • Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including the design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in your email sends.
  • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing productivity of our email sends.
  • Create and design visually appealing email templates.
  • Develop and implement campaign automations to enhance efficiency and conduct regular audits of campaign automations to maintain accuracy, relevance and effectiveness.

Website Management

  • Design and build landing pages, content, and calls-to-action for campaigns.
  • Measure results and optimize the nurture tracks to convert leads to customers.
  • Update content on company websites to ensure consistency of messaging across all channels.

Video Editing

  • Create engaging internal and external video content for various digital platforms, including, but not limited to, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and websites.
  • Manage the entire video production process, from pre-production planning to post-productions editing and final delivery.
  • Ensure video content meets brand standards and maintains a cohesive visual identity.

Social Media

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals.
  • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and responding to audience inquiries.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes to optimize social media performance.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Other Duties as Assigned


  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Proficient in using email applications to segment communications, as well as test subject lines and improve delivery, open rates, and click-through rates on important communications.
  • Strong abilities in digital marketing tactics
  • Great attention to detail and project management skills. This role requires balancing several initiatives simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Technically capable and a desire to improve processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and measurement
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects at once without sacrificing quality of work over quantity.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a can-do, positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve desired goal.
  • Experience in marketing preferred.
  • Collaborate to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all channels.
  • Support overall marketing team goals and programs, ensuring their success.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
