Position Summary:
Are you an animal lover looking for your dream digital marketing job? This could be it. We're looking for someone to handle end-to-end management of digital advertising where you'll plan, execute, monitor and optimize campaigns. You'll be our day-to-day subject matter expert and provide strategic recommendations, analysis, and reporting for our brand and approximately 15 internal accounts. You'll also manage our award-winning website and execute email marketing.
Essential Duties:
- Report to our Communications Manager and work closely with Account Managers to develop cross-channel digital campaigns. Continually optimize and manage ad spend against annual budget.
- Manage the day-to-day ads in Meta Ads Manager, Google ads, paid search, Google Grants and more.
- Oversee data analysis (using Google Analytics GA4) and reporting.
- Manage the long-term and day-to-day strategy for our website, coordinate maintenance and troubleshoot issues with the web development agency.
- Create numerous email campaigns for a variety of audiences.
- This position can be a combination of both onsite (minimum 3 days/week) and remote work.
Other Duties:
- Set and execute a multi-channel strategy across numerous business lines to drive revenue and awareness growth through digital channels including paid social (Meta/Instagram focus) paid search (experience with Google Grants a plus), display mediums, online video, streaming channels, OTT, CTV, retargeting, SMS and third-party affiliates.
- Develop robust test-and-learn strategies to guide optimizations of digital campaign components (QA, landing pages, forms, segmentation, dynamic content) via data analysis and adjust to meet changes in market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
- Build and maintain media plan flowcharts. Oversee and maintain the reporting dashboard, define KPIs and develop campaign performance reports to share with internal teams.
- Work with vendors for programmatic, CTV and raffle ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with other department team members to increase campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize user experience from audience targeting to creative message and landing page experience.
- Actively follow industry trends, assess opportunities, and collaborate with co-workers to brainstorm creative ideas.
- Be our internal expert on all things digital advertising and share knowledge with marketing team.
- Oversee website strategy, user experience, SEO, edits and be liaison with web development agency.
- Oversee email planning calendar, design emails and execute eblasts.
- Oversee vendor media billing promptly and accurately. Discrepancies handled in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience designing, building, bidding, executing and optimizing multiple-channel digital marketing campaigns and components required. Deep knowledge and understanding of digital media platforms and tools. Experience with tracking pixels.
- Self-motivated, innovative mindset, positive attitude.
- Strong marketing and strategic analysis and understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Fundraising, non-profit, digital agency or advertising agency experience a plus.
- Exceptional organizational, written and oral communication skills. Strong attention to detail.
- Calm, cool, and complexity-friendly. You're able to juggle different business lines and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. You possess the ability to work independently and also integrate well into a strong, bonded team.
Education / Certifications / Licenses:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with demonstrated ability required
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag manager, Google Ads Certified, Meta Ads Manager or other digital marketing certifications/experience preferred
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Language - English
Mathematical - Basic
Technical - Basic knowledge of HTML coding; Strong familiarity of WordPress and website best practices; Basic knowledge of HTML coding; Knowledge of email marketing best practices.

Regular attendance and punctuality required. Have the ability to attend multi-day trips that require overnight stays.
