Essential Elements:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support marketing and communications efforts as a corporate Biltmore Farms, LLC Marketing, Branding, and Communications team member. Under general supervision, this role will be involved with digital ad and campaign execution and measurement, which contributes to our overall digital marketing execution. This position requires knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, analytics, project coordination, general business practices and procedures, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This role will be responsible for digital campaign execution, tracking, project coordination, and analytics for social media accounts, websites, digital ads, and email marketing across all our business segments, including commercial, hospitality, and planned communities.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work within a cross-functional team to help drive revenue, generate brand awareness, maintain brand continuity, and measure ROI. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work with the marketing team to ensure that assigned projects are completed in a timely manner, within budget, and meet brand guidelines and standards. This role requires being highly organized and adaptable to manage competing priorities effectively.

Please note that this position is based in-office with occasional remote opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Execute, monitor, and track campaigns across all digital platforms, including social media channels, hotel digital advertising platforms, and Google Analytics. Routinely track and monitor SEO health and updates across all company websites. Routinely facilitate company website audits and update project tracking system to engage Marketing team involvement. Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Make company website updates as needed utilizing designated CMS. This will include hospitality brand-specific visual asset management. Identifies trends/insights and optimizes spend and performance. Work collaboratively with Social Media and Content Specialist to develop A/B testing content and advertising. Monitor vendor/partner sites, such as event calendars and listing sites, for accuracy, brand standards, message continuity, etc This job description is a general description of the essential job functions. Minimum Qualifications:

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business, or a related field; AND, Minimum of one (1) years of professional digital marketing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least one year of digital marketing campaign coordination experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems such as Salesforce or Delphi, and WordPress. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends and management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be comfortable working both independently and as a team. Ability to complete projects while adhering to budgets and deadlines. Ability to consistently provide exceptional customer service. Possess professional communication skills for interacting with a variety of vendors, colleagues, leadership team, partners, and clients. Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and projects with minimal oversight. Ability to adjust the content of marketing and communications materials as needed by understanding the intended messaging and audiences. Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress. Ability to adjust to ever-changing priorities.
