Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator
Duration: 48+ months
Location: Remote but must support EST hours of operation.
Hours of operations expected 9am EST - 5pm EST
Training will be completed over the first week on the job.
Candidates should be comfortable working with digital marketing & automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Pardot.
Candidates should also be comfortable working with Excel
As a Senior Coordinator, you'll support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives (i.e., web, internet, email, social media, mobile, etc.) including the creative and design to meet business goals.
You'll support internal partners and tactical professionals to deliver marketing campaign plans on time and on budget.
Works with internal and external partners and tactical professionals to execute marketing campaigns.
Responsible for maintaining project schedules, tactic plan updates, attending meetings and routine reviews.
Consults with internal partners as needed to ensure regulatory compliance for all client facing communications.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Undergraduate degree in marketing, communication, advertising or related field preferred.
Typically, three or more years of related experience in marketing, email, web development and strategy, advertising, media or brand management.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:
Entry level knowledge in marketing, campaign advertising, brand management concepts and practices. Ability to think both creatively and tactically. Ability to effectively lead multiple projects simultaneously, perform under pressure and pay close attention to detail. Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills. Ability to learn on the fly and work with cross-functional teams.
Other criteria, including experience with Salesforce Marketing cloud & Pardot, leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
