About The Position:

Do you get excited by analytics? Are you super organized? Do you love researching the latest digital trends? We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This person will report directly to the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager. You'll spend your days perfecting paid digital campaigns for a variety of hospitality clients.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, tech-savvy, self-starter who will collaborate with the marketing team, agency partners and stakeholders across the brand's key departments. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be an instrumental member of the marketing team and the role has major room for long-term professional growth.


  • Work with the marketing and creative teams to grow client brands through digital advertising
  • Launch, track, optimize and report on paid digital media and email marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Optimize ads with the best performing assets and copywriting
  • Pace spend in assigned accounts to ensure campaigns are on-budget
  • Execute research on competitors, new tools, features and applications
  • Evaluate conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Discover and develop new advertising opportunities, identify areas of underperformance, and develop strategies to improve
  • Implement conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Meta's Event's Manager
  • Use ROI, data, and consumer insights to manage and recommend ad spend across channels
  • Assist team members in brainstorming and strategy meetings to improve client performance
  • Participate in regular client, staff and department meetings


  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, business, communications, advertising, or journalism
  • Prefer 1 year or more of digital marketing experience
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and consistently deliver results; meet tight deadlines and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Organized self-starter with the ability to multitask while providing excellent attention to detail
  • Delivers work on or before deadlines and proactively seeks out new opportunities to improve campaign performance
  • Great with people; strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics
  • Have current Google Ads Certification or willing to acquire certification within 3 months of employment
  • Participate in client discovery and reveal meetings with ability to clearly explain thought process behind digital campaigns
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with an all hands on deck attitude
  • Bonus: Experience working with hospitality brands
