General Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing and helping to manage Vervent’s digital presence. The winning candidate will support new and existing products and services across all Vervent business lines (B2B and DTC). These responsibilities include managing online marketing efforts for email campaigns, social media, Google, Yahoo, Bing, and any other relevant platforms. This position will analyze digital trends, manage drip email campaigns, report on website analytics, and respond to consumer reviews to increase awareness and improve market share.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all assigned web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and execute DTC drip email campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPI’s).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance.
  • Diligently and consistently maintain each brand’s individual standards and Vervent corporate brand standards.
  • Develop new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plan, execute, and measure Test & Learn experiments and conversions tests.
  • Increase lead flow for all direct-to-consumer credit card brands and all future products and divisions.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Use data to identify critical conversion points and drop off points to optimize user funnels.
  • Coordinate program updates across marketing channels and ensure marketing compliance with audit or regulatory requirements.
  • Support the research, development, implementation and testing of financial products, marketing campaigns and services.

Requirements:

Position Requirements

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Communication, Business Management or related field and 2-4 years of hands-on marketing experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in credit card, banking or financial marketing.
  • Experience in developing and running marketing campaigns.
  • Robust project management and analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing efforts.
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, cross-team collaboration, reporting skills, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience working with Google AdWords & Analytics, non-branded analytics systems, WordPress, Microsoft Office, social media platforms, email service providers (Zoho Campaigns preferred) and general content management systems.

Physical Requirements

The work is of an intellectual nature. While performing the functions of this job, the employee is required to stand and sit for prolonged periods. Specific vision abilities required include close and medium distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to hear normal sounds, distinguish sound as voice and communicate through human speech. This position requires the ability to operate a keyboard, computer mouse, telephone, fax, copier, writing tools, and other standard office equipment. On an occasion, an employee will be asked to lift items weighing up to 35 lbs.
