Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS: -High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor's Degree Preferred -Hands-on development and execution of email marketing campaigns, A/B testing, and reporting -Drive and manage campaign process: assets, segmentation, and list management to maximize conversion opportunities -Hands-on work with email marketing campaigns, data analysis, and reporting -Familiarity with account-based marketing methodologies -Hands-on work with data analysis and reporting that delivers actionable insights -Prior experience in analytics, digital marketing technologies, or ecommerce is a strong plus

Responsibilities:

A building manufacturing company is looking for a contractor with a passion for Marketing Automation and Email Marketing. If you love email marketing and are results driven, this is the job for you. This role will create and execute email marketing campaigns for our internal business units. You will also assist with external email marketing campaigns as well as loading leads from various sources into lead nurture journeys. Working within our Performance Marketing team, this individual will learn about lead-gen strategies and campaigns that maximize customer retention, goal conversion, and post activation engagement.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: -Marketing Automation, Campaign Strategy, KPI analysis, Report/Dashboard Development -Manage end-to-end customer email journey for prospects and subscribers -Ensure best practices are employed to ensure strong deliverability and subscriber engagement -Tailor campaign strategies based on a combination of business unit objectives, cohort analysis, and segmentation performance -Forecast, measure and report on results of campaigns, with key focus on revenue, assessing results against predetermined KPIs/goals -Drive and manage campaign process: assets, segmentation, and list management to maximize conversion opportunities

Comments/Special Instructions

Candidates must be OK with working onsite out of our Malvern, PA office 1-2 times per week. Remaining days can be remote.
