Description
A global kitchen accessories and furnishing company is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to be part of their full-time team. Based in Miami, the company serves customers worldwide and helps to promote healthy eating and home environments.
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Digital Media Campaign Supervisor and be responsible for supporting the digital marketing team in daily programs, as well as managing and planning key marketing initiatives across all digital channels.
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator you will:

Help and plan key projects and initiatives meeting business needs (website, mobile app, loyalty programs, among others)

Review daily all marketing materials, creative assets

Provide feedback and manage go to market plans

Work with digital marketing lead to set specific objectives for projects and report on

their progress on a monthly basis.

Coordinate running of all programs ensuring updates and action items are delivered within deadline

Manage timings, briefings, deliverables and feedbacks

Manage and implement effective deliveries achieving agreed milestones, KPIs and budgets

Support social media keeping tack of data/results and reports

Work with internal and external teams ensuring effective costs, timeline and KPIs

Share important information and data throughout the team on a regular basis to make sure all delivered are aligned with brand guidelines

Contribute to the future planning of digital marketing and development of key programs (CRM tools, chatbots, mobile apps, etc), accomplish existing tasks that fulfill legal/compliance requirements, report compliance violations when identified
