Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator focuses on executing marketing campaigns. Qualified candidates for this role have experience in online, social media and email marketing, preferably in B2B. He/she must be able to work at the strategic campaign level as well as the tactical level – creating materials, managing marketing automation tools, analyzing campaign performance data and adjusting tactics to meet goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Include the following; other duties may be assigned)

  • Design, build, execute and track performance of marketing campaigns, including development of email, landing pages, banners, social media
  • Collaborate with SUSA digital marketing team to execute digital campaigns
  • Create digital literature and other materials, including written content and design
  • Digest information about products and services based on specialist interviews and/or assimilation of other materials, then organize and write marketing copy for literature and web pages based on that information
  • Maintain social media sites and communication
  • Learn and use digital tools including Wrike, Marketo, Hootsuite and Dynamics
  • Continually optimize our website with content and landing pages that deliver relevant and resourceful information to prospects and customers
  • Track campaign leads and upload results to CRM for assignment to sales
  • Collaborate with suppliers to identify content for promotional campaigns
  • Execute on promotional campaign operations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

  • 1+ years of marketing experience in a fast-paced business environment
  • Understanding of graphic design principles, familiarity with email and landing page and banner design
  • Familiarity with marketing automation systems, CRM, social media management tools
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, engagement marketing, targeting, and database marketing methods
  • Analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to use customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up intuition and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically
  • College degree (BA) or equivalent

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, creative and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assimilate information and write marketing copy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, ideally inDesign and Acrobat
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, ideally Marketo, Dynamics CRM, Hootsuite
  • The ability to develop great working relationships with people at all levels within the company internally and with suppliers, and across multiple disciplines
  • Attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves to drive business results across all areas of Marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
