Our client - a growing Consumer Goods business based in Neptune City, NJ - is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the team. This role will be temp to perm.

A leading innovator, marketer and producer of quality branded products for consumer and professional use in the lawn and garden and pet supplies markets. They are dedicated to helping clients create a beautiful outdoor garden space, and a safe/comfortable space for their pets to enjoy.

Description

The role will involve:

  • Reputation Management, Customer Service and other aspects of Digital Marketing. This person should be well versed in these areas as well as the common MarTech tools used to support them.
  • This person will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to think creatively, multi-task, work smart, be organized, detailed, driven and a quick learner
  • Reputation Management (ORM):
  • Assist with Responding to Amazon, BazaarVoice Reviews/Questions
  • Assist with reporting for online reputation management (ORM)
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Assist with paid ad campaigns and reporting for paid and non-paid digital marketing activities using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other marketing technology platforms
  • Work with our Web Development team to manage the resolution of all website fixes
  • Contribute to search engine optimization work through keyword research and associated website updates
  • Utilize our content management system to add new blog articles to our websites
  • Setup, schedule, and report on the performance of newsletters for the brands
  • Research articles, stories, etc. that is relevant to the pet industry and share with our digital community of practice
  • Social Media:
  • Assist with reporting for paid and non-paid social media marketing activities
  • Assist with brand ambassador/influencer collaborations and social media content creation
  • Scheduling Social media content
  • Assist with Community Management across social media channels.
  • General Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quantitative/qualitative research that guides our brand's communications and marketing strategies
  • Produce competitive analyses
  • Participate in team brainstorms to discuss how insights translate into actionable brand recommendations
  • Manage winner selection and prize fulfillment for giveaways and contests
  • Administrate meetings by taking notes and sending follow-up recaps to attendees
  • Create data visualizations (e.g., PowerPoint and chart templates, interactive charts, info graphics, etc.)

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant digital marketing experience including consumer inquiry/issue resolution on a customer service or consumer care team, content writing, on-line advertising (SEM, social, display, email & mobile), website content management, and web analytics

- Candidate must be immediately available

- Must be eager to learn and contribute to a team

- Flexible with working overtime as needed

- Must be punctual and hardworking

- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
