Digital Marketing Coordinator – Employment Marketing

Do you have a passion for digital marketing?  Do you consider yourself a social media guru?  Advantage Solutions is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team.  This position plays an active role in managing social media pages, analytics and email marketing campaigns and is essential to marketing our job openings to qualified candidates.  You will be utilizing your social media prowess and applying your marketing skills across our many different paid digital platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager.  This is a great entry level opportunity for upcoming or recent college graduates!  The ideal candidate will not only be able to think outside the box to come up with creative campaigns, but also be able to design attractive ads, flyers, posters, landing pages, and banners.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with preparing and executing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations
  • Design dynamic and engaging marketing materials with collaborative team input
  • Execute and promote all online employment marketing campaigns using SEO and social media avenues
  • Work with manager, Employment Marketing, and corporate communication in the development and execution of employment branding and related collateral
  • Research and identify new candidate sources: job boards, ad vendors, social platforms
  • Reporting on and analyzing data from our Applicant Tracking System and social media platforms


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Marketing preferred)
  • Demonstrate basic graphic design abilities: please provide examples
  • Understanding of social media best practices
  • Software Proficiencies: Microsoft Office, INtermediate Excel, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, and WordPress
  • Preferred Software Proficiencies: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier, Mac iWork (Pages, Keynote, Numbers), basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email marketing
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and suggest creative ideas
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
