Description

​​The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a member of the ConnectWise Lead Generation team. This role will assist in building and implementing campaigns to drive qualified leads. In coordination with Pay-Per-Click Managers and Interactive Media Buyer, the Digital Marketing Coordinator compiles lead generation campaign creative elements, implements tracking, oversees campaign performance, compiles reporting, and provides strategy recommendations. 

 
Responsibilities / Essential Duties:

  • Assist in the development and management of campaigns for different mediums as necessary, including trafficking creative materials to media vendors, monitoring work in progress for technical accuracy, creating proper tracking, launching campaigns, and ensuring schedules and requirements are maintained
  • Research new campaign/targeting ideas and provide copy recommendations and suggestions using data obtained from tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Google Trends, iSpionage, and Google competitive analysis
  • Support PPC Managers in campaign optimization based on data and best practices 
  • Assist in managing ongoing campaigns including implementing campaign optimizations, updating monthly insertion orders, and managing communications with stakeholders
  • Serve as liaison between internal teams, including the Digital Team, Creative Team, and Product Marketing Teams, answering questions, providing needed information and fulfilling requests
  • Assist in the development and maintain time sensitive project schedules while working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables
  • Obtain necessary approval from Product Marketing Teams/Media Buyer/PPC Managers and work with external vendors to ensure accuracy of campaigns
  • Regularly communicate status of all projects and proposed projects to internal team members
  • Oversee the testing of media placements/PPC and Paid Social campaigns and ensure accuracy of campaigns
  • Learn and become proficient at providing reports as needed and assisting in managing invoicing and billing
  • Learn and become proficient at analyzing the performance of campaigns, regularly reviewing metrics and providing status reports to the Product Marketing Teams
  • Work with Content Management System Admins to ensure accuracy of Sitecore CMS landing pages and maintain documentation of pages in a master file
  • Utilize digital advertising platform to create and manage media placements 
  • Work with Content Strategy Manager to update current content or create new content as needed
  • Support the Interactive Media Buyer/PPC Managers in other duties as assigned
