Description

My client, a busy boutique law firm in central Denver is growing again! They are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic and progressive team. The Digital Marketing Coordinator responsibilities fall into these major areas of focus: 

*    Assisting in the creation of customized pitches and business development presentations. 
*    Collecting and organizing representative matters, client lists, and industry/geographic experience for use in business development and marketing efforts.
*    Oversight of development and inventory of brochures, reprints, and other collateral relevant to the offices for general marketing purposes.
*    Coordinating the regular update of Web marketing content, including office descriptions and related news items.
*    Assisting in the production, editing, and mailing of client updates, white papers, and other client communications.
*    Coordinating client events, seminars, and sponsorships, including budgeting and tracking associated costs; creating and sending invitations; overseeing advertising; seminar materials and handouts; working or attending events; measuring return on investment; and ensuring participant follow up.
*    Coordinating profile and directory submissions for organizations/publications of which the offices are members or sponsors.
*    Drafting announcements and press releases. 
*    Assist with memberships, sponsorships, community involvement activities, and other strategic business development and promotional initiatives as needed.
*    Conducting research and compiling information regarding existing and prospective clients, competitor activity, and industry or market trends to aid in the development of marketing plans, presentations, and proposals.
*    Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

*    2+ years of marketing, business development, sales, or client service experienced preferred in a legal or similar professional services industry.
*    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred. Liberal Arts majors with excellent writing and communications skills also welcomed.
*    Ability to think broadly and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
*    Excellent writing and presentation skills and an exacting attention to detail in all work product.
*    Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
*    Pragmatic, diplomatic, and resourceful, with the ability to adapt quickly to different situations and personalities.
*    Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision.
*    Ability to contribute to the overall growth of our team by collaborating with colleagues and facilitating teamwork.
*    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
*    Experience with InDesign and InterAction a plus.
