The digital organization is growing! There has never been a more exciting time to join this dynamic team, as we shape the future of Verizon's digital home sales strategy. As a member of this team, you will be at the forefront of transforming our digital ecosystem via the design & implementation of critical growth strategies & programs directly impacting the success of the business. Your work will be key to increasing revenue, reducing cost, enabling impactful personalization, and enhancing the digital experience for both new & existing customers for Verizon's Home Internet products & services (FWA & Fios).

In this role you will be responsible for identifying & implementing strategies & tactics to drive higher intent demand to our digital properties, improved engagement & ultimately conversion to sales by maximizing the impact & efficiency of our digital marketing. If you’re an analytical marketer who’s passionate about building strong partnerships that drive high impact outcomes, this role is for you.

Key Functions:

  • Supporting performance management, measurement & investment strategies to drive high intent demand to Verizon’s digital properties.

  • Working closely with media, marketing and demand driving teams to turn customer behavior trends from insights into actionable initiatives.

  • Tracking demand tactic performance, analyze results, identify optimization opportunities to improve performance and gain a deep understanding for how the media investment drives site experience and sales performance.

  • Closely monitoring digital data health, escalate data /tagging issues impacting measurement and work with key stakeholders for quick resolution.

  • Coordinating demand driving levers including media, marketing and promotions to identify and engage high intent prospect customers.

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, Merchandising, RTM & MarTech to align actions to maximize media & sales funnel performance.

  • Tracking traffic performance, analyze and communicate results.

  • Effectively communicating project and/or issue status across the organization.

  • Ensuring highly effective and mutually-rewarding customer and stakeholder relationships.

What we’re looking for...

You are an action oriented, results driven professional with a history of achievement operating in a fast paced environment.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Knowledge of the various demand generation tactics and the effectiveness of each with identifying high intent, qualified prospects.

  • Media & sales funnel data analytics skills.

  • Ability to define digital trends across industries and apply those learnings to drive digital sales performance.

Even better if you have:

  • An MBA or higher education degree in Digital Marketing and Media.

  • Working knowledge of digital media, measurement and analytics either in a business, agency or consulting organization.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud (Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics).

  • Experience in creating dashboards within analytics platforms - preferably Adobe Analytics.

  • Experience in roles which require initiative to drive projects, operate with autonomy & tenacity to deliver results in a complex, fast paced environment.

  • Experience navigating multi-disciplinary teams and directing the work of others in a matrixed environment.

  • Ability to define digital trends across industries and apply those learnings to drive digital sales performance.

  • Ability to develop presentations and effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.

  • Well-developed teamwork, collaboration, and cross functional leadership skills.

If you are hired into a Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York work location, the compensation range for this position is between $82,000.00 and $166,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
