What you’ll be doing...

The Digital Marketing organization is striving to enable a dynamic and cutting-edge approach to digital marketing by harnessing the capabilities and power of the most advanced artificial intelligence tools and technology; including generative AI and AI-led personalization tools. By doing so we drive maximum efficiency and productivity to all the work that we do. As the MarTech Enablement Personalization Strategy Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and defining our strategy to deliver highly personalized experiences in key local markets and priority segments, including a specific focus on the Latino segment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and communicating Personalization Enablement roadmaps tailored to specific local markets, with a strong emphasis on the Latino segment.

  • Monitoring the performance of personalization initiatives, leveraging generative AI and other advanced technologies, during testing phases and scaled launches.

  • Fostering alignment of personalization strategies across business units, IT, and stakeholder teams.

  • Collaborating with operations teams, both internal and external to the digital department, to identify capability needs based on gaps and pain points.

  • Partnering with marketing ops sponsors to ensure flawless execution of personalization tests or experiences utilizing new AI-driven capabilities.

  • Strategically align short-term and long-term solutions across MarTech, Platform, SOI, GTS, and other relevant areas.

  • Serving as the subject matter expert on generative AI tools and prompt engineering, ensuring the organization utilizes these technologies effectively.

  • Effectively communicate project statuses and issue updates to all levels of the organization.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in Digital MarTech platforms and a strong understanding of the overall digital ecosystem.

  • Experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering.

  • Experience in developing end-to-end implementation plans for complex data-driven consumer experiences.

Even better if you have:

  • An MBA or an advanced degree in Digital Marketing & Marketing Technology.

  • An Agile Mindset and Product Owner certification.

  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.

  • Previous experience in digital marketing, digital product management, or digital operations in a business, agency, or consulting setting.

  • ​Proven ability to collaborate effectively in bilingual Spanish/English environments.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $82,000.00 and $152,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
