We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our performance marketing digital team; this is an outstanding opportunity to drive revenue globally for American Express Global Business Travel and all solutions. For this role, the Performance Marketing team is looking for a hard-working, upbeat, and driven Digital Marketing Associate. The successful candidate will support our internal teams (operations, content, creative, digital, etc.) and media agencies to implement, analyze, and optimize our paid media campaigns. Youll investigate marketing and sales data to measure campaigns success, then provide actionable insights to drive performance and business growth. Digital platforms used daily to track success (including but not limited to): Salesforce, Marketo, Google Data Studio, Excel, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Meta/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMRush, and more!

Paid Media Campaign Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for the tracking and success of the day-to-day paid media campaigns across all AmexGBT brands to ensure campaigns spend the budget effectively and achieve performance goals.

+ Implement media campaigns with agency partners, ensuring quality setup and timely activation.

+ Conduct in-platform, keyword, and competitor research to advise the expansion of our tactics.

+ Review and approve creative ad copy and make landing page optimization to drive campaign efficiency and revenue.

+ Supervise ad and landing page inventory to ensure fresh brand-compliant assets are ready to launch.

+ Support marketing team with processing internal review and compliance processes.

Data & Reporting Responsibilities:

+ Deliver weekly reporting of all our solutions lead pipeline, conversion rates, and campaign performance across all channels (including but not limited to ad platform, website analytics, and CRM data).

+ Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve paid media growth and lead quality.

+ Audit campaign results, ensuring accurate reporting and attribution of Paid Media Campaigns.

+ Provide actionable insights to the team based on data deep dives, industry trends, in-platform capabilities, competitor research, etc.

+ Track budgets, purchase orders, submit invoices for payment and coordinate contracts.

Qualifications & Experience:

+ B2B experience is required.

+ 3+ years of experience getting results in paid media management or digital advertising.

+ Youll have experience with e-commerce/digital customer acquisition and product sales growth across multiple channels (search, programmatic, social, etc...)

+ Strong understanding of paid media strategies, tactics, and optimization techniques.

+ Analytical approach with the ability to interpret campaign and sales data and make data-driven optimization decisions.

+ You have experience with A/B testing and other testing methods.

+ Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

+ A confident communicator that articulates themselves well.

+ Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads certification).

+ Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics Data Studio and Salesforce.

United States - Virtual Location

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000.

The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role.

Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidates relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance.
