Description

Avantiico is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who will be part of our Marketing Team as we drive digital presence and market visibility of the company. You will play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns and generating qualified leads for Avantiico ISV services and Microsoft-based solutions. In addition, you will collaborate with Sales and Customer Engagement team members in optimizing customer relationship management strategies to drive business growth. This will be a Work-from-home position based in San Diego, CA.

How does this position support our mission?

In a typical day as a Digital Marketing Associate, you will:

  • Assist the Marketing team in planning and executing monthly and weekly marketing campaigns for all Avantiico solutions (product campaigns as well as services campaigns).
  • Campaign data development: work on building target audience data sets for new campaigns using a combination of LinkedIn, Google and search,
  • Data management for campaign execution: clean, update and maintain current and incoming leads contact records in our CRM and HubSpot solutions, segmenting all contacts based on their needs, solution interests, location and more.
  • Develop and execute email campaigns based on different segments and add personalized, value-added content that is focused on prospect lifecycle and for retaining existing customers and increasing engagement rate.
  • Generate and nurture marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for Avantiico Sales team.
  • Utilize and manage marketing analytics tools including HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Google Analytics.
  • Leverage Microsoft-related content to showcase our expertise and differentiate our solutions in the market while building community through a variety of channels (e.g., web, email, social media, etc.)
  • Assist the Marketing team in implementing and optimizing our social media strategy to enhance presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Microsoft industry forums, etc., and by creating engaging content.
  • Monitor, analyze and weekly reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and participate in team meetings to provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Engagement Team for targeted campaigns and Microsoft events.
  • This is a full-time, hourly position and will require up to 25% travel if working remotely.

Desired Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to create and execute effective marketing strategies that assist the efforts of sales teams and generate leads.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Experience with market research and data analysis.
  • Ability to create engaging content across numerous channels (web, email campaigns, social media, etc.)
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, HubSpot
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
