Job Summary: This entry-level role will support and work alongside the department's lead in implementing and executing all facets of digital marketing strategies, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content writing, and email marketing.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Support: Assist in developing, executing, and managing social media campaigns across various platforms. Monitor engagement and analyze performance metrics under the guidance of the supervisor.
  • SEO Assistance: Support the implementation and management of SEO strategies. Contribute to keyword research and on-page and off-page optimization tasks.
  • PPC Support: Assist in managing PPC campaigns on various digital platforms. Help with ad copy creation, keyword research, bid management, and performance monitoring.
  • Content Writing: Write engaging and SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Email Marketing: Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including email design, copywriting, list segmentation, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Analytics: Assist in tracking, measuring, and reporting on the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and follow the guidance of the team to support the implementation of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO/SEM, Google AdWords, email marketing software, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work well under direction and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Eager to learn and stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
