Position Summary:

Fiduciary Trust International (FTI) is hiring a Digital Marketing Associate to join the Marketing. Responsibilities include development, management and optimization of the array of digital marketing materials and activities to support the firm's sales goals.

The Digital Marketing Associate will manage a broad variety of tasks and have excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail is imperative as well as the ability to display solid judgment and discretion. Excellent communication skills are essential to this position.

This role is eligible for full remote or a hybrid work schedule in or near one of our regional offices (e.g. New York tri-state area, Florida, California, Massachusetts, and more).

What are the ongoing responsibilities of the Marketing Associate?

  • Develop and deploy email content using the Marketo marketing platform; establish success metrics, produce engagement metrics and recommend enhancements to email strategies; manage editorial posting strategy; manage email target lists.
  • Build and deploy 1-3 emails to target audiences per week.
  • Build and manage our image library for digital marketing across email, web and social media; select images for publication.
  • Own, maintain and manage library of sales collateral material, including company brochures, service flyers, pitch books; use digital tools for distribution, including SharePoint and Seismic; develop and implement calendar for reviewing and updating materials on an ongoing basis.
  • Support the production of national webinars; coordinate and produce invitations; liaise with Franklin studio for management and production of event assets, such as registration pages, reminder and follow-up emails; track and report results.
  • Update content slides in pitch books; bringing new ideas for social graphics, info graphics, etc.
  • Prepare summaries/playbooks to promote marketing activities internally.
  • Execute independent projects to enhance department efficiency as needed. Complete ad-hoc projects as necessary.

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-5 years' experience in a digital marketing role
  • Wealth management industry experience preferred
  • Comfortable using multiple tools to manage digital marketing efforts, such as Marketo and Seismic
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and PowerPoint

Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability and confidence to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick comprehension
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to work across functions on integrated initiatives
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workflow
  • Ability to assess a problem quickly and determine to what level it should be elevated
  • Strong PowerPoint design skills a plus

Compensation Range: Along with base compensation, other compensation is offered such as a discretionary bonus, 401k plan, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation. We expect the salary for this position to range between $71,400 - $90,000.
