Job Description:

* Responsible for company's digital footprint (web, social media, brand)

* Responsible for market research to analyse competitor's marketing trends/movements.

* Responsible for planning and executing campaign generation and lead nurturing.

* Become the organizations agent towards all external parties (media, stakeholders, potential client, and strategic partners)

* Develop on-page and off-page Search Engine Optimization

* Optimize paid marketing campaigns, leveraging targeted CTAs, landing pages and forms.

* Build and maintain company's social media profiles, including monitoring and engaging in relevant social discussions about our company, industry, and clients.

* Run regular social promotions and campaigns (Twitter chats and LinkedIn discussions)

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.

* Work with internal and external resources to deploy interactive tools and apps.

* Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report on digital marketing ROI

* Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing trends.

Required Skills:

* Knowledge in ZoomInfo or CRM tools

* Knowledge in Adobe Cloud, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.

* Adaptable, professional, courteous, and high energy digital marketing

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

* Relevant knowledge of current marketing techniques and best practices

* Knowledge of web analytics, marketing automation, CRM

* Customer oriented approach with aptitude

* Experience marketing to the Software industry desired

* Knowledge in marketing automation desired

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or related field

* Experienced in Digital Marketing - preferably 1 to 2 years' experience.

* Willing to work full time onsite at Plano office (not remote)
