Finvi (previously Ontario Systems) is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate.

This position will be remote. You may work where you live anywhere in the United States.

What You'll Do

  • Campaign Planning, Execution, and Automation
    • Execute on digital campaigns such as Pardot email marketing and landing pages, live webinars in GotoWebinar, and blog posts in WordPress
    • Coordinate with content writers, product, designers, social, localization, events, corporate communications, and digital channel teams
    • Understand user-experience and provide strategic recommendations for content updates to improve the structure or design of content appropriate to the medium
    • Be an extra point of quality control check in testing/launching campaigns
    • Occasionally help troubleshoot simple HTML errors (website and email)
  • Reporting, Ops, and Project Management
    • Test, deploy and report on inbound campaigns and effectively communicate with internal teams
    • Adhere to and guide best practices for data management and Pardot organization and administration
    • Be an engaged, high-contributor to cross-functional teams between product, content, sales, events, segments, and your own digital work
    • Work within a project management system to keep team members updated and in the loop about project progression
  • Social Media and Content Management
    • Create and repurpose content for emails, landing pages, webinar descriptions
    • Maintain social media content calendar
    • Write post copy for distribution of content, promotion of events, and engagement on social media
    • Coordinate with design and copy teams to create visual content for social media

What You'll Need

  • AA in Marketing, Business, Economics or equivalent experience, Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business or Economics preferred
  • 1+ Years of Demonstrated Digital Marketing experience, B2B a plus
  • 1-3 Years of Marketing Automation Experience (Pardot, preferred).
  • Email Marketing experience including planning, deployment, automation
  • Experience with reporting and analysis using a variety of analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. Ability to build your own reports in DataStudio, Excel, or Tableau a plus
  • Knowledge of Web Design and HTML/CSS
  • Experience working with Google AdWords and LinkedIn Ads a plus
  • Passion for lifelong learning.
  • Strong attention to detail, experience copy editing or proofing content
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, reliable, driven personality with a knack for coordination and organization and a high degree of integrity
  • Occasional travel

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $50,100 - $93,600 per hour.

Finvi has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role (the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate's primary work location). Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

At Finvi, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and equity. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and role. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
