Reporting to the VP, Business Development, the Digital Marketing Associate supports the execution of the marketing plan through project support, market research, content generation, and social media account management. Takes direction from the Business Development Specialist.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.

  • Conducts market research and analysis on competitors, trade organizations, leads and prospects
  • Coordinates with the Business Development Specialist to schedule and execute all marketing activities
  • Performs administrative tasks to ensure the successful execution of marketing activities and projects
  • Assists with reporting performance of digital marketing campaigns relative to goals via established KPIs
  • Assists with content writing for social media and website posts, news updates, and company events
  • Monitors, posts, and engages audience on company social media accounts to include Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
  • Identifies digital marketing trends and ensures that the brand strategy leads industry norms
  • Generates creative ideas for presenting the company brand including design, content, and media
  • Provides project status to communicate schedules, milestones, deadlines, and roadblocks
  • Promotes the company brand through in-person and remote events
  • Profiles leads and prospects according to company established business case portfolio criteria
  • Enters requests for quotes from prospects into the ERP system

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field is desirable.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing is desirable.
  • Experience with CRM systems and/or marketing automation software is desirable.
  • Experience using social media platforms for business outreach is desirable.
  • Experience using design and video production software (Adobe creative suite) is a plus.
  • Experience using Google Drive and is a plus
