Digital Marketing Associate Job SummaryAre you looking to start your career and interested in restaurant marketing? Sparks Group has partnered with a Frederick, MD based hospitality/restaurant company to find a Digital Marketing Associate. This is an entry level direct hire opportunity to help launch your career! As the Digital Marketing Associate, you will be tasked to coordinate with multiple departments to increase guest engagement through our communication channels, Aggregator Relationship, and Relationship Management to ensure high-quality experiences across company-operated locations. You will be working with a small team but afforded the opportunity to learn a variety of things, be involved with the agency relationships, make recommendations to senior level leadership and owners and be highly visible! Salary for this role is $42-45K depending on experience.Digital Marketing Associate Responsibilities:  Creates reports on consumer data analytics by using guest relations programs and social media guest engagement activities. Coordinates with the marketing department and marketing agency to monitor communications with guests via communication channels. Tracks online brand reputation and analyzes for insights and makes recommendations based on them. Provide a summarized report on guest feedback, and trends, and identify areas of strength and opportunities to improve. Communicate with field operations regarding guest feedback received. Business Reporting by developing, executing, and delivering reports based on channel business requirements that include QBRs and annual planning meetings. Escalate significant issues and/or severe claims to the Senior Director of Marketing or appropriate cross-functional leadership team members. Manage Brand initiatives such as the mobile app and third-party delivery platforms.Develops digital marketing campaigns and strategically plans the mobile app content calendar. Works with the mobile app development team to monitor the functionality and create engaging content and programs for users. Manages all third-party delivery platforms for the Brand. Campaign Reporting by measuring and reporting performance of all delivery and digital marketing campaigns against CRM platforms. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (Field Managers and customers). Periodically attend Brand community events to assist in delivering Quality Experiences and enhance Brand reputation. Research and identify industry trends regarding guest relations and reputation management. Digital Marketing Associate Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising. 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, retail, or other related fields preferred.Effective communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet goals.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) with the ability to learn other industry-specific software.Must possess a valid driver’s license and proper car insurance for business-related travel. ----------Download the Sparks Group Jobs mobile app from Apple App Store or Google Play.----------Qualified candidates should send their resume AND call Sparks Group for additional details.
