Description

Title: Digital Marketing Associate (Localization)

CSOFT is looking for a creative and business-oriented person to support the marketing aspect of a new company program. This person will be an integral part of CSOFT’s ambitious communications and marketing efforts, and will have major responsibility for the design, implementation, and analysis of marketing campaigns, social media activities, search engine marketing (SEM) efforts, and search engine optimization (SEO).

Responsibilities


• Website Traffic Analysis: suggest improvements for greater effectiveness and performance on our main website and other web properties


• Tracking and Testing: help implement appropriate tracking methods to measure digital initiatives and identify AB testing opportunities to encourage a culture of continuous improvement


• SEO: help develop strategy, recommendations, competitive analysis, and content/metadata improvements


• Google/Yahoo AdWord experience required *


• Social Media Strategy and Campaign Management: design, monitor and improve efforts to grow reach and effectiveness on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and elsewhere


• Reporting: report regularly to leadership and various internal clients on web site performance, social media, project development, timelines, results, and recommendations


• Benchmarking: compare and keep track of CSOFT’s online activities and performance against industry standards, leaders, and peers


• Education: stays current with the latest developments in Google Analytics, social media, SEO and SEM, and other related digital marketing trends*


• Coordinate conferences and tradeshows, community engagement, advertising, and general collateral and communications development


• Actively contribute creative ideas to group brainstorming sessions


• Research developments in the localization industry


• Help construct and test prototypes/processes

• Excelled written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work effectively within a group, as well as independently, and enjoy working with different personality styles and management levels, both in person and across geographies


• Proactive, can-do attitude: The ideal candidate should be someone who frequently takes initiative, is eager to explore new avenues and create new opportunities


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Familiarity with localization industry is a plus

Qualifications


• 1-3 years background in marketing (creating marketing plans and campaigns)


• SEO, PPC, and digital advertising analytics required


• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related subject preferred


• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with web-based interfaces is plus


• Basic knowledge of WordPress preferred but not required


• Google/Yahoo AdWords experience required

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
