Unique position focused on advancing a range of philanthropic and advocacy objectives in global health, climate, and education. Specific goals include supporting the growth and health of digital marketing channels, broadening the scope and reach of campaigns among key audience segments, and providing support for a range of communications initiatives across owned, paid, and earned marketing channels.

The role will span all facets of marketing strategy, campaign planning, execution, and reporting.


Marketing strategy - Develop broad programmatic and campaign-specific marketing plans based on deep understanding of business objectives (including awareness, engagement, and advocacy outcomes), audience insights, and go-to-market tactics.

Campaign execution - Coordinate campaign activities with internal and external contributors, program partners, and stakeholders.

Paid media management - Support digital advertising campaigns, optimizing budgets and performance, to drive brand and advocacy outcomes.

Influencer marketing - Work alongside Marketing and Campaign Managers to identify influencer partnership opportunities, evaluate audience alignment, develop content briefs, and manage executions for key campaigns.

Measurement and analysis - Track the performance of channel, content, and campaign objectives, analyze progress against goals, and formulate insights to optimize current campaigns and inform future efforts.


Minimum of 3 years of cause-based digital marketing experience-media agency experience preferred, with a focus on:

  • Media planning/buying
  • Influencer marketing
  • Digital media monitoring, reporting, and presentation


Marketing strategy : envision potential and evaluate real contribution of marketing activities vis-a-vis alternatives. Establish clear, understandable, and enduring benchmarks that can drive good planning.

Campaign ideation and planning : ideate and plan campaigns and activities to drive business results; collaborate with campaign strategy and go-to-market teams to ensure support for core activities.

Analysis and reporting : efficiently process data, analyze impact, draw insights and recommend appropriate actions in fact-based decision-making environment.

X-org and team collaboration : work with creative, program, and media teams to ensure plans are complementary and aligned to clear business objectives.

Presentation: Produce and share detailed written reports and visual presentations to inform, inspire, and educate internal and external working groups and senior leaders. Clear, succinct articulation and facilitation of feedback and input; strong presentation skills and comfort in executive reviews.
