No marketing experience needed and you can work from home (with the plan of transitioning to our home office once COVID-19 becomes more manageable). Duties/Responsibilities: • Assist customers with their digital marketing efforts • Help manage the brand's public relations (e.g. Facebook comments, Google reviews, etc.) • Perform basic reporting needs • Review and approve company marketing materials • Help develop marketing material as needed • Assist with creating various types of content (e.g. Facebook posts, videos, blog posts, etc.) • Learn about content marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and other forms of digital marketing Required Skills/Abilities: • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficient with Microsoft Office products. • Ability to meet strict deadlines. • No digital marketing experience required. • Excellent time-management skills. • Able to self-prioritize and invest in self-development Benefits: Up to $1,500 incentive for joining our company Company paid continuing education Low-cost medical/dental after 30 days of employment Company paid Life Insurance, Long and Short-term disability insurance 401K with generous company match plus profit sharing 2 weeks paid vacation, 1 week sick, plus 3 personal days Work Headquarters (Home Office) or Remote or Hybrid (HQ and remote) supporting the Home Office in Phoenix, Arizona.
