A successful Digital Marketing Associate will:

* Work with the digital AOR and internal team to assist in the execution of all Paid Digital Media (Search, Social, Programmatic Display, Metasearch, etc.) and SEO efforts
* Process agency and vendor invoices to ensure timely payment and maintain accurate budgets
* Manage the business listing management process; process new listings, rectify issues, identify new sites and features to enhance listings
* Execute the procurement and distribution of recurring paid digital media performance reports across all channels and provide actionable analysis; Assess campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)
* Conduct paid media, SEO, and business listing audits and assist in troubleshooting ad hoc issues
* Work cross-functionally with the brand marketing and digital design team to develop unique assets and tactics within the paid social media, search, and digital display channels and delegate to external agency to directly affect the performance of our direct channel
* Review digital marketing creative assets, messaging, etc. to maintain alignment with brand standards, product guidelines, and best practices
* Leverage expertise to assist in the execution of digital advertising efforts, including testing, campaign set-up, and QA review
* Assist in the development of in-depth campaign insight reports and data analysis
* Heighten understanding of industry trends, digital technology, metrics measurement and demonstrate the ability to recognize how they can impact customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
* Assist in the planning, execution, and measurement of experiments and conversion tests
* Utilize first-party CRM and promotional data to contribute to digital audience strategy
* Build a strong relationship with the digital AOR and other vendor partners to deliver excellent campaign execution
* Partner with other internal team members on key cross-functional initiatives


* Bachelor's or equivalent 4-year degree (Required fields: Advertising, Marketing, or related field)

* 2+ years experience in Digital Marketing and/or Performance Marketing (w/ acquisition-based focus)

* Hands-on experience executing digital performance marketing (paid search, display, social media, metasearch, SEO)
* Experience using GA360, business listing management tools (Yext, SEMrush, MozLocal, etc.), and platform technologies (Google/Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DSPs, Metasearch, SEO, etc.)
* Experience developing and managing Metasearch campaigns in Google Hotels, Bing Hotels, TripAdvisor, Trivago, Skyscanner, and Kayak Knowledge and use of metasearch platforms such as DerbySoft, Koddi, and WIHP price parity reporting and analysis of distribution a plus
* Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
* Experience working with analysis/measurement of paid media channels: programmatic display, paid search, paid video, paid social media, and metasearch
* Experience working with the analysis/measurement of earned/owned media channels: SEO and lead generation
* Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of digital audience segmentation and digital targeting techniques
* Experience pulling reporting from BI/data automation/visualization software (Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.) a plus
* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
* Strong initiative - execute projects and resolve outstanding issues quickly
* Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
* Strong analytical and time management skills

* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Hospitality/travel industry experience a plus
* Valid passport and ability to travel required
