The role of Digital Marketing Associate will be to manage Medicomp’s presence in the digital universe. This will include Facebook, LinkedIn, PPC advertising, drip campaigns, and CRM management. As the Digital Marketing Associate, you will have the opportunity to hone your SEO and advertising skills alongside a talented team of internal professionals and external consultants who live and breathe marketing. You should have a passion for digital marketing and excel at both technical- and analytical-related tasks, in addition to bringing creativity to the role. You will have a direct impact on driving lead acquisition and management efforts for our sales team by helping to execute both on our marketing plan and advertising campaigns.

Work with Medicomp management teams along with external consultant agencies to craft, execute, and measure all digital marketing efforts.
Develop and launch a Medicomp digital marketing plan including SEO, website content, web leads, online ads, and social medial presence.
Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns to gain insight and assess against goals.
Help build and define a comprehensive drip marketing campaign to aid the sales team in lead generation, opportunity management, and new account sales pull through.
Define all aspects of the customer journey from initial cold call through contracting, in-servicing, and development of customer advocates.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
6 months - 2 years of demonstrated hands-on digital advertising experience, relevant coursework or internship experience.
VERY strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and ability to manage complex analytics through advanced features.
Demonstrate interest in and understanding of SEO tactics and analytics.
Fundamental knowledge and experience with web analytical tools, i.e. Google Analytics
Google AdWords certification/accreditation preferred.
Previous experience working with digital tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce.com, MailChimp, WordPress, Slack, Trello, and others.
Understanding of medical office structure including the sales and marketing process, customer behavior, and regulatory environment in the US is preferred.
