Digital Marketing Assistant Summary:

This position will be charged with the incredible opportunity of taking our digital marketing efforts to a whole new level within our marketplace. Working with our regional and corporate digital marketing teams on all initiatives and digital trends, knowing the latest trends, understanding our local market competition and keeping abreast of the latest in digital trends and trendsetters.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the division's digital marketing accounts on all marketing channels including but not limited to: Display ads, SEM, Social, all Listings sites.
  • Collaborate on digital marketing strategy that boost engagement and new leads with all channel representatives on a regular basis.
  • Become proficient on all dashboard sites such as Tableau/Digits, Power BI, Qualtrix and any others assigned, pull all results and reports for regular monitoring of all division's digital efforts.
  • Analyze and optimize all digital campaigns daily, weekly, monthly and yearly using the dashboards available for all paid search, eMarketing, 3rd party listing sites, social media ads and engagement, website content, landing page content.
  • Ensure all promotional banner ads on Lennar.com as well as outside vendors are being used and compliant from a branding and legal standpoint.
  • Work with regional creative team to ensure all banner/digital ads are created with optimum efficiency in order to increase leads.
  • Create and maintain all division landing pages in accordance with regional/national guidelines and for optimum efficiency to increase leads; work with team to conduct A/B testing for ultimate optimization.
  • Create video content for listings, website and other digital efforts and any other special projects.
  • Make sure the BDX feed to all partner sites is optimized with as much content as possible.
  • Review and determine feasibility of division listing homes with enhanced listings on Realtor.com, Zillow and all other display advertising opportunities, as directed by division management and regional/corporate team.
  • Remain focused on all opportunities for further cost reductions
  • Review and manage all SEM keywords and campaigns for division, updating regularly as necessary.
  • Work with other marketing associates to ensure that all copy for new communities incorporates SEO best practices for Lennar.com.
  • Assist the division with website updates and digital marketing assets as needed.
  • Request work orders and monitor changes through Airtable.
  • Monitor the consistency of information listed on websites, PR, and other digital advertising efforts.
  • Subscribe to competitors websites and sign up for interest in new communities.
  • General Marketing assistance for department including respond to emails on a daily basis.
  • Assist with Marketing and/or Special Division projects and research opportunities as needed.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Four (4) years of marketing experience in homebuilding/housing/real estate industry required
  • Bachelor's degree in related area of study
  • Valid Motor Vehicle License - unrestricted
  • SalesForce and JD Edwards knowledge a plus
  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point)
  • Accurate typing (65 - 70 wpm)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects and work collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to multitask to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude
  • Strong work ethic, time management, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Position requires working from division office
  • Required to cross train for position within the division organizational structure from time to time

Physical Requirements:

Position requires attendance at meeting outside division office and trips to models/communities. Position requires ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Coordinator will be required to operate a motor vehicle.

The *median base compensation for this position is estimated to be $33.44/hour, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors including employee qualifications, geographic location, and operational considerations. Note: *The median amount may be greater or less than the average salary.
