Classification: Hourly, Non Exempt
Hours: M-F 8a m-4:30 pm

PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Digital Marketing Assistant supports, develops and manages digital marketing campaigns. Work with marketing team to tie all aspects of digital marketing together with all other marketing avenues. Track new product and discontinued products. Manage and list products on Amazon. Proofreading all marketing projects. Assist with database cleanup.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Create, launch and monitor social media campaigns.
  • Manage digital marketing through our relationship with the outside agency for paid search campaigns, website banners and association newsletter campaigns.
  • Work with marketing and sales to tie the digital campaigns into other marketing pieces.
  • Schedule and monitor art for print advertising.
  • Manage and list products for Amazon.
  • Coordinate new website build with vendor.
  • Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends.
  • Build and maintain a reporting framework to evaluate return on investment on various platforms.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics
  • Create promotional campaigns for the gift line.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Sales or Marketing (Preferred)
  • Sound understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Strong proofreading abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft office; especially Excel.
  • Excellent Organization
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated, strong judgment and decision making skills.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment.
  • Must have a great sense of humor.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

This position requires that an individual is capable of:

  • • Seeing details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).

  • • Remaining focused while working in a moderately distracting and somewhat noisy call center / office environment (in close proximity of other individuals who are typing and speaking on the telephone).
