We are a 3-day in-office hybrid company and are seeking employees in the local Phoenix, AZ area to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns within paid platforms
  • Manage and engage with client counterparts and internal account teams for key account assignments
  • Identify and propose innovative digital media solutions to clients
  • Campaign implementation (collaboration with ad operations team), optimization and reporting,
  • Participate in new business pitches, etc.
  • Identify business development of key agency accounts
  • Coordinate with designers and internal department to ensure that assets are formatted correctly
  • Create digital media strategy and campaign plans
  • Configure diverse ad formats for paid social platforms
  • Guide clients through Campaigns section and tools for marketing
  • Consult with clients & decision makers on best strategies and tools to accomplish the clients' goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Content and email marketing automation experience a plus
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Insight
  • Must be passionate about overall internet marketing
  • A team player with strong communication skills to collaborate globally with our internal international teams
  • Data gathering skillsets and in-depth reporting expertise
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
  • Ability to foster strong internal agency and client relationships at various levels
  • Attention to detail, and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points to your teammates and clients
  • Experience working with fast-paced, dynamic teams, and clients
