Job Description
Broad Function and Purpose of Position:
Reporting to the Demand Generation Manager Americas, the candidate will assist in developing and executing demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our products/services for Sika Us and Sika Canada. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, digital channels, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Systematically enable inbound and outbound campaign innovation, define processes that help optimize the customer and end-user experience, and develop tools and trainings to support successful stakeholder leverage of our digital marketing technology stack.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Assist in planning, developing, and executing digital demand generation campaigns to achieve lead generation goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Digital Sourced Revenue: Implement strategies to capture opportunities and follow them throughout the sales funnel. Work closely with the inside sales and sales team to ensure conversion of qualified leads and track business KPIs.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Marketing Automation: Support the implementation and management of marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing processes. Create and optimize automated workflows to improve efficiency and lead conversion. Serve as the primary owner of the marketing automation platform (Pardot) to create and manage standard operating procedures that ensure both technical and marketing best practices are utilized. Coordinate with Salesforce administrators to maintain standards for data cleanliness and completeness. This includes providing ongoing training and support decimation to support data cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2-5 years of growth marketing experience in a Salesforce environment
- Proven ability to succeed in a B2B marketing environment, integrating with sales and driving qualified leads
- Working experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Salesforce, Pardot, and other digital marketing systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies, and risk factors
- Ability to forge strong relationships with sales and marketing operations functions
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
- Spanish is a plus
